To be eligible for an exchange, you must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges are only available within 5 days from the date of purchase.

Products eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Damaged, opened, or used items are not eligible for exchange. Additionally, products that are marked as final sale or discounted may not be eligible for exchange.

Delivery: For customers within New Providence, we offer same day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 pm on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after the specified time or on weekends/holidays will be delivered within the same week. We aim to ensure that you receive your makeup products promptly and can start using them right away.

Pick-Up: For added convenience, we offer a pick-up option at our designated pick-up location. If you prefer this option, please select it during the checkout process, and we will notify you once your order is ready for pick-up.

Please note that delivery times may vary for customers outside of New Providence. For outter islands and international orders, additional shipping charges and delivery times will apply, and customers may be responsible for any customs or import duties.
